Please fill this form out once for EACH vehicle. Only 2 vehicles may be registered to any one unit, without seeking further Board approval. Please do NOT register multiple times. If you own more than 2 vehicles, you may attempt to add them after receiving approval for the first two. Registering a vehicle on behalf of another resident is not allowed. Each resident must register their own vehicle in their own name.Once registration and documents are submitted, they will be reviewed for verification and you will receive a notice for payment of any permit fees, if applicable.
